By using Rabbit Hole, you agree to these Terms of Service. Rabbit Hole is provided by Phoenix Horizon, Inc. and runs on the Rush platform.
Service Description
Rabbit Hole is an AI-powered research assistant that searches academic papers, community forums, and public data sources to generate cited reports. The service requires macOS and the Rush application.
Your Responsibilities
- Use the service only for lawful purposes
- Verify AI-generated findings before relying on them
- Properly cite sources when using research in your work
- Do not use the service to plagiarize or misrepresent AI-generated content as original research
AI-Generated Content
Rabbit Hole uses AI to synthesize research. You acknowledge:
- AI-generated reports may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Confidence ratings are estimates, not guarantees
- You should verify critical findings from primary sources
- Citations should be checked before use in academic or professional work
Acceptable Use
You may not use Rabbit Hole to:
- Generate misleading or fraudulent research
- Violate academic integrity policies
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer the service
Intellectual Property
Rabbit Hole, Rush, and related trademarks are owned by Phoenix Horizon, Inc. Research output you generate is yours to use, subject to these terms and any applicable licenses from source materials.

RABBIT HOLE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALWAYS VERIFY RESEARCH FINDINGS FROM PRIMARY SOURCES.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PHOENIX HORIZON, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF RABBIT HOLE OR RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED RESEARCH.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
